We the undersined Pertition the prime minister to conduct an in depth review of the New Legislation allowing for ISP's to monitor you internet usage and cut you off for downloading copy protected material. as this is a direct controvention of the term free man implemented by the magna carta in 1215 and continued to date in the bill of rights 1689. as the bill of rights 1689 states that the will be no fine or forfiture without trial and therefore by cutting you off this is a volation of the bill rights and therefore illigal.
